If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

Explantion:I gave dispenser 96 some valuable TF2 items like some hats and taunts.Then I clicked on Recloate shop by mistake,It moved me to another shop but my items wasn't there.Then I checked dispenser 96's inventory,It has all my items.And won't give it back.Please help me get my items back from dispenser 96.

My bot trade one of my games (Final Fantasy VII) for 2 TF2 keys. Game is gone from my inventory but the keys never showed up there.

I had a trade for 1 ref and 1 Weight Room Warmer in exchange for a Viking Braider, but I forgot to set the trade type to Single. I got this message while I was asleep:
Dispenser 47: Accepted: Viking Braider #1403. Your shop has 10 slots left.
The Braider isn't showing up, and I should only have 9 slots left. Shop history says:
Purchase (Pool, Completed)
