Missing 2 keys, traded with bot for Splinter Cell: Blacklist and i accepted the trade for my keys but when the gift was sent I declined it because I wanted it to go to a friend and I thought it'd be a tradeable gift not a direct gift. I realize that was my mistake but now I have no game and have lost 2 keys. Here's the information from my queued tasks:
ID - 1575835 Purchase These bitches love cake's games Shop These bitches love cake (dispenser.tf BOT) 33 minutes ago Completed
But i have no game. Thank you for any help.
Joto can you please investigate this. I sent you a message on steam too. The person she bought it from is trying to look the other way and play dumb.
I think Gransi has been very clear about the situation so there is nothing much left to investigate. My simple answer would be "not my business". I know it does not sound nice at all, but please understand that our job here is to create and maintain the bot system only. I do believe the gift was sent so basically our job was already done. What happens afterwards really is not and should not be my concern. The seller holds all the right not to compensate for your loss in this case.
I perfectly understand that Gransi made a little mistake because she thought the gift would be redeemed instead of going into the Steam inventory if she have had accepted. In my opinion, the seller should try to compensate the customer out of good will. It is definitely not nice for him to play dumb and we all know it. I for one think that he made the wrong decision because his loss would be much more than 2 keys if everyone thinks that the owner of "These bitches love cake's games Shop" is not nice when it comes to business practice. However, please understand that I am not the "judge" of dispenser.tf. While I have all the right to make comment about people's trading practice, I will not give final judgment over disputes just because I have the power to. To butt in peoples' business here is the last thing I want to do. Of course if you find certain people here 'shady' or 'dishonest', you are welcome to raise your concern and notify others (especially Steam) about it. However, from an administrative point of view, I will not reverse a trade or ban someone based on my own opinion of things. My job here is only to make sure the technical stuffs here work the way it should be.
