Problems, Dispenser.tf, Announcement

If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

Missing 133 CSGO Keys in my bot's inventory, they were there but when i tried to transfer to another account it showed an error of sync and they were gone

This is another report on my items. I would like you to fix i. I have some items in my dispenser.tf inventory but not all the items are there. Please fix

1. 100 x refined metal
2. I made 5 credit withdrawals (4x 50, 1x 6). My credit balance has been reduced to 0.33 (correct) but my bot only received 106 ref (missing 100). Only 3 withdrawals went through:

I can see the missing refined metals in my dispenser inventory, but my bot does not actually have them.

Also the bots steam trading history shows a ref / key swap as the latest trade:
29 Dec - You traded with service4nopurpose. 4:12am

This trade does not show up on dispenser (http://dispenser.tf/address/d58564fb7c32d2bad35ce7250245f0d430ee03c8/) - which makes me wonder if it got registered properly. *Edit: it didn't, my dispenser inventory is showing 9 tf2 keys but my bot has 10 of them

You are right, 100x refined metal is missing. Adding them back as credit.

I'm still missing 1 tf2 key, probably due to this trade:

It never got registered in dispenser, the key is in my bot's inventory but i cannot use it for dispenser trades / withdraw it.

Please place in sync my gift inventory. A feture to sync actual gift inventory with site interface would solve this problem.

1. 10 tf2 keys, 10 ref metal (they are in my bots inventory, just needs to be refreshed)
2. Not 100% sure what happened, but I was getting a lot of failing purchases on my phoenix keys. When I checked my bots inventory I noticed 10 of them where gone. They appear to have been traded for tf2 keys plus refined metal. It was probably this trade:

It was registered as a successful purchase, but apparently something went wrong anyway. The missing tf2 keys / ref metal are in my bots inventory, but do not appear in dispenser.

Issues fixed - all missing items returned

1. 43 case keys (221 in inventory - 264 in dispenser)
14 phoenix (50 in inventory - 64 in dispenser)
1 tf2 key (24 in inventory - 23 in dispenser)
2 reclaimed (0 in inventory - 2 in dispenser)

2. Following trades seems to have failed, but the items have not been returned:

The CS:GO API had been down for a long time so the inventory changes could not be updated. I have already noticed that yesterday but I could not fix it as the API was down for some hours and I went to bed. I believe the problem would fix itself once the API is up.

That API has had A LOT of downtime lately. What are you using it for anyway? Isn't it possible to get all the item data from the inventory JSON?
