Ive not been able to deposit CS:GO items into my shops inventory for a few days now. tried skins and keys every time it retries a few times then stops in my history it says INVENTORY ERROR
CS keys to key credit giving the same error seems to be a problem with the api

depositing TF2 items works fine

I will be upgrading to a VIP over the next few days so would be nice to figure this out Thank you :D

Not sure why, can you retry and see if you still have the problem?

It appears that this listing: https://dispenser.tf/market/10980/ has a bug on the "ASK" price as it always shows 5 and it is not updated according to minimum price. Can you please have a look at it?

When i have a traditional trade on a gift open that shows up on the market page and i set up a 2nd market trade on that same gift, the traditional trade disappears from the market page.

My bot is declining all gift deposits from my alt which is whitelisted and used to work great before (i haven't changed anything in the options).
Can you please check it Joto?

returns best price 12.87 keys, which is not correct because there is another market for row tradable gta5 where the price is lower (11.05 keys): https://dispenser.tf/market/23063/

However, this market is not taken into account for some reason.

Bought 106 TF2 keys. It says shop inventory is full, need to withdraw, but I can't withdraw because all of my keys are greyed out.

Dear Joto,

I few moments ago, I noticed that a transaction for one of my buy orders failed when someone tried to match it (sell me keys).
It shows like that on my Order History tab:

The red had icon on the right shows "Cancelled (Buyer out of balance)" when mouse-hovered.

I do have enough balance, however. My credit balance plus unused TF2 keys in my shop is enough to cover all my buy orders.
(And when I finished issuing my last batch of buy orders, the system even locked the correct amount of keys in my shop to cover for the amount that goes over my credit balance.)

Perhaps when the seller tried to match my order the system that handles credit auto-deposit glitched?
Should I take my unused TF2 keys from my shop and re-deposit it as credit to prevent that?
Or should I just re-issue the buy order and it shouldn't happen again?

At my inventory log shows a bunch of games being deleted from trades. Note for all of them is: "[Deleted] Does not exists on bot."
They clearly do though. All messages were posted at 2017-07-20 16:27. Here are some IDs. There are more that this happend to:

There was a time when Steam returned blank message upon our inventory check, causing all inventories be deleted when our system believed the items are not on the bot.

This issue has been fixed. However, we cannot restored the open trades because they are tied to the items in the database.

(It turns out, despite the error message injected by SteamDB, the reason was that my CSGO inventory was too full and accepting the trade offer would put it over the limit. Once I unloaded the items elsewhere, I could accept the withdrawal trade offer without any issues.)

When trying to withdraw some credit as keys I am getting the following error when trying to accept the trade offer:

"There was an error accepting this trade offer. Please try again later. (25)
You cannot send this trade offer because you have exceeded your active offer limit.
You are limited to 5 outstanding trade offers to a single user, and 30 outstanding trade offers in total."

As I currently don't have outstanding trade offers, I am assuming the error is being triggered by the offers on Dispenser's side.
