I think there's a problem with the bots not recognizing some hats as hats.
I offered clean Cleaner's visor and a scrap but the following error message popped up:

"Please offer EXACTLY the following items: Any Craftable Hat, 0.11 Refined Metal (Total: 2), then click READY."

I don't think dealer's visor (if it is the item you have) is craftable.

I'm trying to remove my Dueling Mini-Game from my online inventory, but it keeps getting stuck at "Warming Up" and "Checking Backpack Visibility", it keeps repeating themselves in a loop. My Backpack is public so that shouldn't be a problem.

Same thing happens if I try to purchase items. Used Chrome and IE, same problem.

You already withdraw it, right?

I managed to earlier, yes, though the site is still giving me problems when trying to buy/sell, particularly with this account. My nephew's account seemed to work fine buying/selling items earlier, but with mine I can't even pull from my inventory or trade weapons right now. I might try to close my shop and reopen to see if that helps (tried, can't because I still have items in there).

Even after the site redesign I'm still getting errors, something about a problem with the botnet.

You are still stuck at bot warm up and unable to trade? Does that only happen on the bot you are on?

The 20 maximum credit limit appears to be in place for VIP accounts still.

Are you unable to have more than 20 ref in total? I believe the setting right now is that you cannot put in more than 20 ref as credit in one trade. But the total is supposedly unlimited (however the bot that store credit may not have enough inventory space for that, you have to wait us moving the metal in case it's full).

We are having quite a lot of crashes lately and also we are frequently updating the page, so you may run into unhandled exception occasionally.

Dispenser 69 (lvl2) is malfunctioning. I get three trade requests one after another, and when I accept any of them, Disp69 doesn't join the trade and I get a "something has gone wrong" error from Steam. I am trying to purchase something from another persons shop.

Edit - made an offline purchase - bought a decal tool from your Joto's item shop - it shows as greyed out in my inventory now. I can't get it yet, so I am assuming that disp 50 is having the same problem I had trading with disp 69...

It is the bot that I am using having problem. Yesterday I have to login from outside the botnet to retrieve some steam gifts for someone. After that, I cannot get the bot login to the botnet again.

This is a minor issue, but I donated $25 and therefore have a 152-slot shop. Whenever I trade the bot to deposit items and I have more than 100 slots free, it only tells me that I can deposit 100 items.

I did an offline purchase but cannot retrieve the items from my inventory. I cannot see the items in my bot's inventory so I'm thinking that it isn't transferring correctly.

Edit: Now it seems the items are not in my shop. I'm not sure if I was credited back or not or what. they were a haunted shoestring budget and a haunted scottish snarl
