Starting from 3/13/2016, new key credit policy takes effect:

As the number of unwithdrawn keys has grown over 30000, there is an urgent need of implementing an auto withdrawal system to make space for key deposit. Under the new system. when it is detected that our remaining storage space has gone low, VIP users with high amount of key credit will be "forced" to withdraw TF2 keys to their shop bot.

I believe this will benefit the site as a whole as we can make sure there is always space for buyers to deposit keys. We will also have a better variation of keys for withdrawal as the system won't be always decreasing the supply and increasing the withdrawal price of CS:GO keys to reduce the amount of TF2 keys in the system.

hi please help , would you please refresh the bot or fix it ? when i click exchange it only displays the inventory of the steam account but the bot account doesnt load the inventory , also i noticed that the bot says add to friend, i sent a friend request to the bot ,but still not on my friends list ,the bot does have the items but not visible in dispenser.tf site http://dispenser.tf/lilchuco1

Your complain makes no sense. No one has 3000 space for free anyway. You misunderstood the system and it becomes my problem? No one forces you to donate and have 3000 space. You can choose not to have it if it's expensive for you. Case closed. Watch your attitude next time.


What is the difference for you ? All bots have this space, but we need to pay to open this space for this site. You have just pure profit. My attitude are right, i'm angry becouse this. You need better to explain this.

You need to change this, it's 50/50 right.

You need to change this, it's 50/50 right.

The difference is handling less items is always better than handling more. We at the beginning has no intention of opening up more than 2000 space for an account. Simply because we do not want to handle their items. Not because the bot is not capable of storing them. We open up to 3000 space because some users really want it. I set up a 'price' so only those who really want it will have it.

I do agree the explanation is not clear. I am not saying you are wrong. I am just saying that you could speak with a better attitude.

WHats going on now? I can't trade with my bot the passed few days... Why get rid of a perfectly good trade function and now I have some exchange button that does nothing instead

I can get you another bot. But there is no way to get the CS:GO items out from your current bot.


So can u pls change bot because at now i cant send cs:go items, and when some1 try to buy items it say bp is full




I could move your shop but need some BP expander for the new bot since you have 700+ TF2 items now.

well not my fault if this bot can't trade cs:go items, 6 bp expanders was used.

now we have new error, the problem was only receiving cs:go items, now i can't withdraw cs:go items :(

Well, it is not my fault either. I could only try to write to Steam support and ask them to do something.

The problem originally was not able to 'trade' CS:GO items (both receive and send) as it returns an error of 'You are not allowed to trade CS:GO item'.))

Got it working now it feels so damn awkward to use this new exchange feature why was it implemented when the trade button was doing the exact same thing only easier to use?

Got it working now it feels so damn awkward to use this new exchange feature why was it implemented when the trade button was doing the exact same thing only easier to use?

From the technical perspective, we can now maintain much less codes when bots no longer needs to accept trade offers, but only sending them.
For users, deposit items could be faster than before when you can use features like 'select all' here compared to using the interface of Steam, which items could only be added to trade one by one.

Also, can you add custom ID to my bot in Steam Settings? Like this:

Also, can you add my real account to bot's friends? I added my bot, but he can't accept it. Just wanted to keep my bot in my friends. ^^
