Starting from 3/13/2016, new key credit policy takes effect:

As the number of unwithdrawn keys has grown over 30000, there is an urgent need of implementing an auto withdrawal system to make space for key deposit. Under the new system. when it is detected that our remaining storage space has gone low, VIP users with high amount of key credit will be "forced" to withdraw TF2 keys to their shop bot.

I believe this will benefit the site as a whole as we can make sure there is always space for buyers to deposit keys. We will also have a better variation of keys for withdrawal as the system won't be always decreasing the supply and increasing the withdrawal price of CS:GO keys to reduce the amount of TF2 keys in the system.

Also, can you add custom ID to my bot in Steam Settings? Like this:

Hi,i have a problem for several days. when i search a specific gifts ,it shows other gifts not relatively. And i can't see the picture of the gifts , can't transfer item in my shop to my backpack.i think it's the problem of my network, i try several different ISP, it's the same. I try different browsers ,the same problem. I told my friend in other country to have a try , the same problem. WHY?

Hi Joto, can you add sorting items in my inventory (in exchange window) like in my backpack (by slot position in bp). Now them sort randomly. I have many items in my bp and sort them that i want trade and not want. it is very important for me, because now i spend a lot of time to deposit necessary items.

It should work now. I did not add enough bots yesterday.

I just know that shop name is matched in search, I will definitely change it.

The search problem is being looked at (If it is about shop name being reflected in a search).

About pictures not loaded fully, I have no idea right now. It has never happened to us yet.

About not being able to withdraw items: I need more information to help you. What kind of errors are you getting?

Synchronize inventory please. After trade error - dispenser say about successfully trade. TF2 Keys not visible in dispenser inventory, but have in steam backpack.
