Starting from 3/13/2016, new key credit policy takes effect:

As the number of unwithdrawn keys has grown over 30000, there is an urgent need of implementing an auto withdrawal system to make space for key deposit. Under the new system. when it is detected that our remaining storage space has gone low, VIP users with high amount of key credit will be "forced" to withdraw TF2 keys to their shop bot.

I believe this will benefit the site as a whole as we can make sure there is always space for buyers to deposit keys. We will also have a better variation of keys for withdrawal as the system won't be always decreasing the supply and increasing the withdrawal price of CS:GO keys to reduce the amount of TF2 keys in the system.

Surely I can't be the only one that despises this new "Exchange" feature... Can't do nothing when I want to with it... Bot sends me 4 trade offers instead of 1 then get riddled with errors... Alot more time consuming to use this feature than the last one also..

Redeem or unpack? If you want to unpack you should do it in your own inventory.

This was not our problem, but a Steam's problem.

It is not possible to interact with the bot without this site.

Try to delete browser cache and load again. For chrome you should restart your browser too.

Hello. I recently got VIP status. and I have a problem. I can't give my bot Dispenser 305 (VIP) any items from my inventory. All conditions and settings met my inventory and steam profile is fully opened, the link to the offer is stored in the settings. I choose items from your inventory then click in the lower right corner click 'Exchange Items' system makes to send a trade offer but after the fourth attempt reports an error when sending offers of exchange. I looked at the profile of my bot and found that its inventory is hidden, perhaps in this lies the reason for the error? Please help, I have this problem exists already 4 days

I have re-established the bot's Steam session. It is tested and worked.
