Hello!
I have a problem with sellin untradeable gifts "Alien Isolation". I sold 6 copies, but the keys for 3 copies came back to the buyer and these 3 gifts did not come back to me. I have been waiting for these keys for more than 7 hours. Please help me to resolve that situation.

How the key went back to the buyer? That was an onsite purchase? Can you give me the task ID?

Hello Joto, question, how can I get my bot to have more bp space?

Refer to premium account page:
3. This is the maximum limit of your shop inventory items, including items from all Steam games, Steam community items and Steam gifts. VIP can apply Backpack Expander to increase this limit (up to a maximum of 2000). Every donation of $0.6 beyond $50 also increases the limit of Steam community items and Steam gifts by 100. Note that the effect of BP expander and extra donation does not stack. The one that precedes the limit is taken into account.

Hello! Yes. It was on site purchase. If you mean id from inventory log :3998407 3998411 ,3998407,3998411, 3998402 , 3998402. I have got 2 times the las id in my Inventory log. also You can find in trade history - http://dispenser.tf/bot/583/inventoryhistory. First trade was 14 Dec You traded 1:44am and the last one 14 Dec You traded 3:22am. it was 6 trades in a row. Thank You!

If you have not tried already, in the http://dispenser.tf/view_customization/ page, put your SteamID64 in the field and click invite friend.

It that does not work, send the bot a friend request instead. I will accept it from here.

Hello - i miss click to exchange 2 gift Don't Starve Together Frontier Pack on my shop => i decied gift from My Bot
But when i come to inventory shop on dispenser i don't see 2 gift Don't Starve Together Frontier Pack
When i check inventory Bot on Steam - i still see 2 gift - Please help me take it send it back for me or my inventory shop
