((This is absolutely fucking ridiculous.. I pay 50$ I have had an issue with it for almost 2 months... And not one damn thing has been done to get my bot back running... ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!
I sent you a trade offer from the bot, please try and see if you could accept.
I believe the simplest solution is to change the shop ownership to your alt, which had no problem trading with the bot.
I don't use my alt account for anything, I just keep items there for about a year or so, why should I have to log in to another account to trade and retrieve my items?... Why should I have to do more for spending 50$ than people have to do for spending 0$?
Because we are already out of ideas. We have been testing the bot's functions and all of them are working. Even if you tell us to fix we do not know what to fix.
The "Inventory Capacity Reached" error (or what we call Error 15 here) simply tells us that the bot could not send a trade offer to your account. However we have tested it numerous of times already and we could make sure that the bot could send out trade offer. That is why I have been guessing from the very beginning that the problem has something to do with your Steam account or certain inventory items in your backpack.
Even if we dig into the matter we may not find the solution, that's why I suggest changing shop ownership to an account that works with the bot temporarily. You may try with your account now and then too. Steam
can be very weird that what did not work for you yesterday may work for you today.
The only inventory that I ever possibly maxed was CSGO... TF2 inventory has always been empty... Seriously like I have mentioned this numerous times that steam backpacks being full is not the issue... But still I have to come back here to hear absolutely nothing.... At least try change ownership and then pass ownership back to me maybe that will work... But you can not keep blaming steam
I never mean to say that the problem is your inventory being full. I am saying that we do not know what the error is because error from Steam comes with (15) / (16) / (21) which basically tells us nothing but 'there is an unknown error'. Steam gives us no debug information and whether we can debug something really comes with luck. The fact that noone else is having the problem similar to yours makes it even more difficult. We have been only using our experience to 'distinguish' different Steam errors but the one you are having right now is unknown to us. That is why I suggest the easiest workaround which is to bind the shop to a 'working' account for now.
Anyway, I changed your shop bot. Please try and see if the current situation changes.))
Nope still getting Trade Offer Failure... Ridiculous that I pay 50$ for this and I can't even use it... So pathetic
