You are thinking only out of your own benefit. Any change that does not benefit you is bad. One day when you lose your items you will come to me and ask me to pay everything back.

Now because of this change I can count how many greedy and ungrateful people are here. There is not only you. Many people here think that they are boss and 'deserve' a hell lot here because they donated. Sorry to say that your $5 could not help us at all when shit happens.

At the current moment your donation system is useless, - "You must buy VIP, or you can't trade at all". I see why you did this and understand the problem with shared bots, but think of amount of people that give up trading on dispenser because of that. So, maybe you should consider rebuilding donation system? For example, you can introduce buying personal bot as a separate option, оr include personal bot in other donation statuses, raising it's prices accordingly, so people can upgrade to them to receive personal bot. Someone could say it'll be unfair for those who already bought VIP just for receiving personal bot, but it's already unfair for everyone else, plus they'll keep all other advantages of the VIP.

I don't tell you what to do, just think about that.
It's a really good service you built, and it'll be very sad if you lose a big part of community.

Guys lets face it, the vip premium cost around 25 keys, and if you trade gift you get almost a key profit on each trade.. You do 25 keys profit in 25 trade, please dont say is not affordable xD

Yesterday ive seen someone with 800 and more gift in inventory complaining about 25 keys is too much for him, pls..

I do somewhat feel like previous donors should keep their gift-giving abilities, then, if their gifts get revokes, limit them, I do see your point of view, but, at the same time, you have to see ours.

Can I ask how hard it actually is to setup a new account for a user? What does it in tale, other than waiting 15 days for Steam Guard? Does it put much stress on your server? Correct me if I'm wrong, but, all it requires is:-

1. Entering a captcha
2. Entering user:pass into database
3. Waiting 15 days

If this is the case, previous donors should have the ability to enter the captcha, then, wait 15 days, and, get their own bot, or, maybe a $1 charge for you to do. I feel less sorry for 'new' donors, as, they haven't placed any money in thus far, but, although I'm not trying to complain, I would like to actually use the system for what I paid for (And, yes, I did pay for the ability to sell products, you can call it a donation, but, in all honesty, I only donates for those features, and, you know it).

Unless, of course, I'm mistaken in the above, and, there is more work than a captcha, in which case I'd love to hear it and attempt to resolve the issue in another way.

It is not that 'difficult' to get new accounts. But it's time consuming. It cannot really be scripted because Steam does not let you reuse a password for more than 5 times and it needs a CAPTCHA. Also each account will need to login at least once to verify email and turn on SteamGuard.
