Look here if you have bought revoked gifts:

1. Accounts listed above includes the owner of this account and one of his alt. trading account.
2. If you have bought revoked gifts, contacting the seller via these accounts for resolution is more effective than contacting Dispenser.tf.
3. If needed, these are the accounts to be reported to Steam support.

How to use Dispenser.tf:
[1] Select the item you would like to buy
[2] Scroll down and select your payment option
[3] Enter your Trade Offer URL in the box at the bottom of the screen
[4] Click "Purchase" in the bottom right corner
[5] Check your main Steam window for a Trade Offer notification
[6] Confirm that the trade is correct and accept

To find your Trade Offer URL:
Main Steam window / Steam profile / Inventory / Trade Offers / "Who can send me Trade Offers?"
