Look here if you have bought revoked gifts:

1. Accounts listed above includes the owner of this account and one of his alt. trading account.
2. If you have bought revoked gifts, contacting the seller via these accounts for resolution is more effective than contacting Dispenser.tf.
3. If needed, these are the accounts to be reported to Steam support.

1) Log In Through Steam at the Top Right of the Page
2) After Signing In, Select the Item(s) that you would like to purchase by clicking on them.
3) Click "Purchase" at the bottom right, and then click "Proceed"
4) The bot will send you a trade offer. Either accept the trade offer through your Steam Client, or click on the link to the trade offer on the bottom of the page, after it has been sent
