Missing Items
Problems, Dispenser.tf, Announcement

If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

3. Deposited key credit to another user, but the game got stuck - it says that sent a trade offer but it doesn't; the game appears on my bot's inventory, but it's grey and can't be access, like it's on a trade offer

I have 6 tf2 key on bot's inventory but can't see on dispenser interface. Can you fix it ?

2. Oct. 1. 2015-10-01 21:42. I payed V-shop for Alien Isolation gift , it did not send me gift and its still in his bot's inventory. The game appears on my bot's inventory, but it's grey and can't be access. Please fix it.

You should have received the trade offer already. Accept it and take the first game. Then the second one will be sent with another trade offer.

Purchased two Chroma 2 case key earlier. Logged into my shop and is missing one case key. I transferred one of them to my steam account awhile ago. Still missing a Chroma 2 case key as of this time.

2. Oct. 18. 2015: I converted 231 credit to 231 TF keys then transfered them to my account through 3 transactions. Only the first 100 and the last 31 succeed, the middle 100 trade failed but my credit still got subtracted but I received no keys

I can see that the keys have been transferred to my bot's inv, but I can't access them from my bot shop.

I checked, the trade was failed for some reason. There is no credited deducted from your account.

Alright, checked and confirmed. 100 credit is added back.
