If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

You deposited the keys to your shop, not to the credit system.

Then deposit them from here: https://dispenser.tf/myshop/#KEY_CREDIT

I have just lost a large amount of CSGO Keys. About 70 and you can figure it out via my transaction history. My items have been grayed out, while I was getting a "capacity reached" error upon deposit. There is none of them in the bot's steam inventory now. Please, look into it, I would appreciate it! I really love this site and how simple it is to trade here - im a long-time donator, but it's really sad to see your hard-earned items disappear

Have you counted your keys and found them missing? Grayed out items could mean that they were already sold (but unsynced with Steam). When you make a trade the items will be synced again (and disappear according to inventory change).

Have you counted your keys and found them missing? Grayed out items could mean that they were already sold (but unsynced with Steam). When you make a trade the items will be synced again (and disappear according to inventory change).


Hey, I figured out the amount of keys based on the items that I would get for selling those that were not being even registered by the transaction logs or appearing in my inventory. If they were sold, there should be 1 tf2 key and 2 metal for each key, but there isn't. I have not withdrawn any items after depositing the last 20 or so of the csgo keys, since I could not because of the error (that the inv is full).
Maybe someone bought a lot of them and caused the inventory to glitch out after filling up? But that again isn't in the logs. Its weird!

It's alright now, opened CS:GO with the bot's account and the inventory came back. :)

You deposited to the wrong place. Take the keys out from your shop and deposit from the credit page.

My trade history shows that I didn't receive the first copy of rocket league, I did get the second one which i ordered at 2:25

I'd prefer to receive a credit refund as opposed to the gift (I ordered the second rocket league because time was an issue)
