Missing Items

If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

Added a trade where im selling it for 3 Keys. The trade disappeared.

1. Genuine Sydney Straw Boat
2. Tried getting this hat back from Dispenser 22 (Lv. 2), listed by the bot as task 421353. Bot said trade was successful, steam trade said otherwise. The hat does not appear to be in the bot's inventory and it definitely isn't in mine, so I'm not sure where it is supposed to have gone.

The bots also don't appear to recognize coupons in their inventory. I deposited a few and they show as being a committed transaction in my history, but do not show up in my inventory list.

Recovered the genuine hat.
The coupons are here too but I will have to think about a way to give them back as they are not recognized by our bots right now. Hopefully we could solve the problem shortly.

Looks like my bot ate my items...

Missing Items: Strange Dead Ringer, Teddy Roosebelt, Genuine Aged Moustache Grey Fortune Hunter, Genuine An Extraordinary Abundance of Tinge Balloonicorn, Strange Part: Domination Kills.

I believe the Steam API is at fault. I was taking these items out of my shop and the bot was trading them to me, the trade finished, but the error message about no items being traded popped up. Okay.

The items are nowhere to be found right now. Shop history only shows this trade as Session Expired (426349).


Would be nice if you could restore them, thanks.

UPDATE 2: It seems my shop was first exploited, the returned, then the person started ti exploit other shops, investigation pending. Account seemingly suspicious as it it flushed from items.
UPDATE: Holy moley there are good people in this world! I see it is in your backpack now, I must graciously thank that person!

What's in the Sandvich box was SOLD for 3 scrap along with a couple refined metal and scrap metal!
