If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

1. I'm missing a key, a solid yellow shining key.
2. My bot (Dispenser 57) said that someone has offered a key for my Pink As Hell paint, which was the trade, then I went to get the key out and it wasn't even there to be able to select it.

I tried putting three HL2 trading cards in Dispenser 38 and they do not show up in my shop:
1. Normal Gordon Alyx (1 Usages Left), Normal G-Man (1 Usages Left), Normal Respite (1 Usages Left),
2. task 441379. (Exchange). Other items worked.

2. Had two copies in my shop. Withdrew one copy last night. Came back this morning, noticed the remaining copy was missing.

I lost a strange flare gun and five ref I tried to deposit.

Edit: I might not have actually. I think it's just a steam problem as it doesn't show up in my inv history.

Thanks. I see the recovered items in my shop's inventory page, but they're greyed out. I did have trades open for them before the items and their trades disappeared. I tried relocating, but it's the same. The recovered items aren't in the bot's inventory.
