Missing Items

If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

Dispenser 25, my bot, ate up my refined, what happened was that I pressed exchange items to put in a refined metal, once I gave it, it did not show up in my inventory on the site, and did not give me credits. It also says that I have a fully open inventory even though I gave a refined.

Dispenser 25, my bot, ate up my refined, what happened was that I pressed exchange items to put in a refined metal, once I gave it, it did not show up in my inventory on the site, and did not give me credits. It also says that I have a fully open inventory even though I gave a refined.

It would be very helpful if you could give me a trade history screenshot which shows that you have gave Dispenser 25 a refined metal, since there is no record here strangely.

I think I am missing 3 craft hats. Hard to tell because the Shop History is a tad wonky. If you can find them great, if not consider them a donation. I really would like to see this succeed as it is a great idea, so whatever help I can provide let me know. I will be providing patience and understanding as I really do enjoy what you have done so far.

No, what I mean is the trading history of Steam which you could access from Item Inventory - View Inventory History from Steam community.

Not for Haunted Souls just gone. The Shop history is still weird, but better. If it gets back to normal I will be better able to trace.
