Missing Items

If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

Hi, I did a large exchange yesterday, depositing some items into my bot, yet they've never arrived. Here is the transaction info: July 22, 2013, 4:50 p.m. 482666, Verified - items included about 11 hats/miscs, and about 25 stranges. Thanks for your time & attention in this matter.

Well **** here I am again, firstly thanks again Joto, this one is going to be a headache but maybe found the issue.

1) There's an Engineer TF2 card showing in my shop, this does not exist in the bots inventory
2) There's a Heavy card showing in my shop and the bots inventory, after all the recent issues I'm not sure but I don't think that card is mine.

Could these be what's upsetting the bot so much in general? I've tried removing all my items to see if it'd raise any other issues but all it's done is not update my shop to show that I've removed them :|

The original reason I came was this one:

had not put the "You're My Rock" Card in my shop, checked bots inventory, it is there, also noticed 2 x soldier cards one of which should be from: July 23, 2013, 3:19 p.m. 482778 & the other from previously mentioned July 23, 2013, 2:05 a.m. 482715, Verified. There's also a medic card in there I'm pretty sure is mine from: July 24, 2013, 9:31 p.m. 482936, Verified

The last 2 posts of inventory integrity problem are fixed, these happens probably due to the Steam inventory history checking gave up too early and Steam can sometimes delay writing the inventory history for 5 or 6 minutes.

Thanks Cara but I still seem to be missing, the scribblenauts card and the 2 x soldier cards mentioned :S

Bot's not showing my Team Captain, El Jefe, Strange Ambassador, and Strange Invis watch. Also shows medic card in my shop when I already got it.

Dispenser 20 and task 483035 if you need it.

NEVERMIND. Showed up like 25 minutes later.

Hey, I tried to withdraw items from my bot, but even though they show up in my dispenser.tf inventory, and there is no pending trade on them, I cannot withdraw, or select them. I don't know if this really counts as "lost", but it's definitely irritating.

Hi, I closed a trade yesterday, on this wrapped HHHH I had up at my shop, listed for a month or two, but get errors when I try to exchange it to my main account. When I go back through my shop history, I see this trade info ---- Purchase (Bag, Completed)

Edit: While you're there, I also have some bp expanders that were applied to my bot (thank you!) but they still 'appear' in my inventory, too. Wasn't sure if it's supposed to be like that or not.
Edit: Aug 8 - actually all today, I haven't been able to get the bot to send me the code to log into my shop (2nd authentication), I am logged into the site.

I forgot to remove the BP expander after I apply them, so now they are removed.
If you still cannot receive auth code from the bot I would suggest you to try re-add the bot as friend.
