If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

as i said i traded with bot Dispenser 02 (Lv.1) ( http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198078059374 ) Saints Row IV in 31 Jan at 21:57 (GMT 00 London - Lisbon time zone) and i dont know if the game was sold or not, i was selling it for 9 keys, i dont know if you can check the trade history of the bot, but if you can i would appreciate that if you check the trade where i gived the game to the bot and if the game was sold or not

I checked the history and the bot had received it. However the gift seems to have disappeared out of thin air. It was never traded and is not in the inventory. I will write a Steam support ticket and see if they could help.

after 10 min on google i find out that game should be a revoked gift, i also writed a Steam Support ticked, maybe they can undo my trade with the user that gived me the game :/

Yes, I got a reply from Valve that the gift was a fraudulent purchase. They have not said if it could be refunded, though.

I miss my Guacamelee Gold edition. I realize I don't have it, and I checked on my trade history.

Hey!

My last exchange (722005) went wrong. My withdrawed 4 keys still show up in the dispenser.tf inventory, and I can't see the 4 Skyrims I just put in.

Please fix it!

I tried buying two ToD tickets from here: http://dispenser.tf/trade/77994/
Used credit for both. Trade failed but credit was taken. Ended up retrading with metal but would appreciate the credit refunded.

It is probably deleted by Valve because the gift was a 'fraudulent purchase'. If you send Steam a support ticket they will check that for you.

sold my first game and tried to withdraw 4 keys. dispenser 2 said they confirmed but the trade timed out and steam said no items were traded.
when i tried to withdraw again it said no items were selected, but the 4 keys were still selected on my screen. when i refreshed page, there
were no keys to withdraw. i relocated items to dispenser 3 and initiated trade but it said exchange and offered nothing.

That's impossible, I bought it.

When I got the time, I will check the bot's inventory history and see if it's ever traded away. If it's traded in but never traded out then the only reason it disappeared is because Steam deleted it.

2. I had Max Payne 3 in my dispenser, then when I went to exchange it with he bot, steam had an error and said no items have been exchanged. The bot didn't realize that and thought I received my games. Now I don't have the game and it doesn't show up in my shop

I lost a rec. i wanted to buy 1 rec from a bot, but in the end after the trade was done steam gave me a message saying: Trade error and no items were exchanged, however my credit was already deducted.

I gave 20 copies South Park™: The Stick of Truth™ of the bot ( screen : http://s14.radikal.ru/i187/1402/63/5f31da9b8666.jpg ), but I was only 17 copies available. Now in my possession 15 copies South Park™: The Stick of Truth™ as I sold two copies, and 3 copies and I do not appear in my inventory, although the inventory they have steam bot
