Problems, Dispenser.tf, Announcement

If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

2. i cant check the trade ID because i clicked on "close" on my shop :s
i still remember that i traded with bot Dispenser 02 (Lv.1) and that should be something on his trade history showing that he got Saints Row IV from me on 31 Jan at 21:57 (GMT 00 London - Lisbon time zone)

ps:. i dont know either if the game was sold or not, because i check both bot 02 and bot 05 (i relocated the items because i was panicking ><) and i didn't found the game on none of the bot's inventory :s

We do not have any Saint Row IV here. Could you check your inventory history to see where you traded it to, and what were you selling it for?

I checked the history and the bot had received it. However the gift seems to have disappeared out of thin air. It was never traded and is not in the inventory. I will write a Steam support ticket and see if they could help.

1. Genuine Distinguished Rogue and the L'inspecteur with the muskelmannbraun paint.
2. Traded both to the Dispenser 03 (Lv.1) Bot as shown here. http://puu.sh/6IYGm.jpg
3. The festive and pocket purrer appeared in the inventory, however the two items above, did not.

2. I put it in a trade yesterday, I just saw it and its not in the bot´s inventory (Dispenser Lvl.03) and I cant see the trade/game on the trade webpage. I didnt recieve the 2 keys that I was requesting for the game, and also the game dissapeared.

after 10 min on google i find out that game should be a revoked gift, i also writed a Steam Support ticked, maybe they can undo my trade with the user that gived me the game :/
