Problems, Dispenser.tf, Announcement

If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

Joto, It's happened again.

I did safely traded back some games but after that last remains content of Ellis's Cap and Mass Effect Collection not shows.

Missing 1 keys

I have a trade setup for black paint for 2 keys > Only for keys nothing else. I received this message from my bot:
Offered: 8 A Distinctive Lack of Hue A Distinctive Lack of Hue. Accepted: 15 Mann Co. Supply Crate Key, Mann Co. Supply Crate Key.

Im not sure where my 16th key went.

Any clarification or help is appreciated

2. Wanted to take 4 tf2 keys + Castle Crashers gift from my shop. Error occured during trading, so my keys returned but not CC gift. It still shows in dispenser bot inventory but not on my shop's page.

Happened again.

1. Counters-Strike:Source+Gmod gift
2. Wanted to take the same 4 tf2 keys + this gift from my shop. Error occured during trading, keys are showing in my shop, but not the game (can see only 2 copies). It still shows in dispenser bot inventory (all 3 copies) but not on my shop's page.

i traded with my bot bioshock triple back + 5 tf2 keys but steam give error, now i cant see my 5 keys and bioshock on my shop. but they are in bot inventory

Now i cannot check restored item on my shop since the bot cant sent a security codes eventho already added, but it seems bot's inventory still dont has my game . ;\
