Problems, Dispenser.tf, Announcement

If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

Happened again.

1. Counters-Strike:Source+Gmod gift
2. Wanted to take the same 4 tf2 keys + this gift from my shop. Error occured during trading, keys are showing in my shop, but not the game (can see only 2 copies). It still shows in dispenser bot inventory (all 3 copies) but not on my shop's page.

Can see it in my shop now, thank you :)

2. Wanted to take 4 tf2 keys + Castle Crashers gift from my shop. Error occured during trading, so my keys returned but not CC gift. It still shows in dispenser bot inventory but not on my shop's page.


This one is still missing :(

Evening Joto.
Sent around 200 hats to my vip bot 4-6 hours ago. Bot recieved the items, verified it by viewing the bots backpack but the inventory gui on the website does not display them.

EDIT: Resolved itself when someone purchased an item, must have pushed it through. Thanks anyway Joto <3

It happens again, i traded 4 TF key and 1 dota key with bot, error nothing exchanged but bot gave me the message everything had been done. My key still remains on bot but my dispenser's inventory is now empty. Please restore for me.

when attempting to withdraw 4 ref from credits inventory the trade was cancelled due to an error according to steam after both parties hit confirm. i didn't receive the ref but my balance was still reduced to 0. atm transaction number 773782. Dispenser.tf Vault 02

edit: happened again, this time trying to withdraw one dota key and 5 ref from Dispenser 130, items were removed from my site inventory but failed trade prevented them from reaching my steam inventory

edit: fixed thank you!

1. Attempted to withdraw 10 TF2 keys and 2 Dota 2 keys but the trade failed, so the items got rolledback. But items never went back into shop. They might still be in the bot.

Withdraw 8 TFkeys and 4 dota keys from bot but failed. Keys still in bot but not in shop anymore.

I only got the 2nd missing items back. The ones for the 1st time disappeared again.

hi, i am new to dispencer.tf, and i exchanged a "festive holy mackerel" with Dispencer 03 and then after a while i decided i wanted it back, so i selected the item and exchanged items, but the trade came up with an error and the bot said that it did not have the festive holy mackeral in its inventory so im not too sure how that works, but i checked in a couple of hours later to see if the dispencer bot had my holy mackeral - and it did not,

New to the site. I put in 5 keys through "Exchange Items", and I haven't seen them in my inventory yet...

Norbi: Pretty sure I did return the Castle Crashers. At least right now I do not have any lost copy here.

Also looking for the person who lost 10x L4D2.

Tried to buy 20 cozy campers, trade error'd after I bought them with credit. Now they aren't on the bot and my 2.22 ref in credit is gone too. Bot 121 if that helps.
