If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

Samcole: Looking at the trade history there are indeed 2x Tropico 5 missing. There is always a chance that they are revoked. If you did not buy these gifts with money but traded them from someone else, I would suggest you to write a support ticket and see if they are revoked. Sometimes gifts gone missing but later reappear here. :)

No, I added another 7 copies 30 Apr 8:52pm (deposited 12 copies all in all). Then I withdrew 2 copies the next day and also sold 2 copies. I should have 8 copies left on my bot but I only have 5. So 3 copies are missing. Sorry about the Tropico 4, I thought I was missing a copy but I wasn't. I just miscalculated. I've already sent a ticket to steam support. The person I bought the games from is already banned from trading. He has scammed a lot of people actually, not just me.

I can confirm that your system/bot had nothing to do with the disappearance of the gifts from my bot's inventory. Sorry for the trouble I've caused you. I really appreciate your help. Again, thank you so much! :)

Hey, a trade wasn't processed and 2 games (Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare and CAll of Duty World at War) are "lost" in bot's inventory, can you guys please fix it asap?

I connect from a new web device and can not send bot games for 7 days, I told my brother that if I could send 2 x Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army 2 (RU / CIS) directly to my bot vip by passing the link thinking trade offer that could, the trader bot accept the offer but no games in the inventory or on the web.

I sold some games for Tf2 keys but i can't see tf2 keys in my bot's inventory from the trades...

No, you cannot use other people's trade offer URL to send item to others. You either 1. Put the items in your own inventory then use 'Transfer' option or 2. You enter other people's shop address to the trade offer message field during deposit. The shop address is not the trade offer URL it's a 40 characters long string you see under 'My Shop'.

Also, if your old device still exists you can use it to trade in this 7 days while waiting for your new device to work.

Now the items are probably in your brother's shop. Use the method I mention above to transfer them.

old and new device is the same web browser in same pc so I can not use trade offer for web single customer, you can not add the bot as my friend so you can do it from the client?
