I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

I am missing 3 ref and 2 rec (this was my fault im new to this)

Hi, joto im new to dispenser.tf and I decided to add some metal to my account (3.66 ref) to this bot Dispenser.tf Logistic http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198051524608 and when I sent the trade offer I noticed that I had to put a code in order to get this metal put into my account so I tested it with another ref to see if It was just a glitch and it would give me 4.66 back but it only gave me the 1 ref I put in with the code there fore im asking can you please help me get my 3.66 back from the bot? I have added you if you need more proof of the trade or you could just check the bots trade offers and you would see I gave the bot 1 ref which I got back putting in the code and another one with 3.66 ref with out the code and I have received nothing. If you could help me get my metal back I would be more then grateful thank you.

I'm missing Infestation: Survivor Stories.
I can see it's in Dispenser.tf Logistics backpack, but it doesn't show up in my shops inventory.
Accepted trade offer more than an hour ago.
Is there a way to fix this?
I get a message saying:

Steam API Unavailable!
Dispenser.tf requires the Steam API to work but it is being inaccessible currently. Our trading service is stopped until it is back up.
