If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

Do you mean games got revoked? Send a support ticket to Steam support and ask for refuned.

Please check the bot's history. There is an outgoing trade with the gift, but there was no incoming one with the keys. Earlier the same trade worked with another user, using TF2 keys. I didn't withdraw anything yet, nor did I edit any trades, so there is no confusion and you can easily confirm the missing items.

Because Steam always returns error for Dota2 trading. Like 'You cannot trade with XXX'. 'You cannot send a trade offer to XXX'. It is temporary but like 50% of the time it returns error, causing stuck for onsite purchase. If this problem persists I will reverse the trade.

oh, u cleaned my 2copy gift

2copy creed3 delux was begone in my bot inventory after aove my report

my bot had 2copy creed3 delux and 2copy creed3 standard, total 4copy creed3

yesterday i reported about not loaded 2copy delux in web

I guess U cleaned my 2copy creed3 delux, because u confused standard and delux (same icon, but different tag)

already standard 2copy was loaded in web successfully, I did mean only 2copy delux version

(i can't find History of transaction)

I did check my bot inventory after giving the gift , because not loaded in dispenser web

really if u don't know, this is big dangerous accident

i hope to u try to investigate this accident seriously

because if someting error happened, It is important for other dispenser users also

I only found this on 10 Jun which you put in two standard edition, but not one that you put in deluxe edition.

That is why I am asking for your Steam inventory history. I want to know the exact time you trade in those two gifts because I do not find the record here.
