If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.

Do you mean you transferred a game to another shop, but is nowhere to be found on the other end?

Anyway, it's hard to check since it is so long ago. You should try to find it in the Steam Inventory History of the bots.

Since Mar 16 the game has been in your inventory. Not sure what happened in these 3 months but I believe it has been sold for keys already.

UPD. Sorry, it seems that for some reason Steam does not display TF2 keys in the trade history anymore. So, everything is probably fine.

today I wanted to withdraw 2 gifts of CS:GO and 5 TF2 keys at the same time. The bot sent me an offer where all 7 items were placed. I accepted the offer and only CS:GO gifts were transfered to my account, while 5 TF2 keys are now missing.

In my trade history I can see the following information:
"19 Jun You traded with Dispenser 113 (VIP). 2:03pm +Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive,"

Can you help me to resolve the issue?

1. 6 TF2 standart keys and 9 refined metals. Tryed to withdraw it, then dispenser write error and items are missing after that.

EDIT : One guy write me this: "Hey!
I just want to let you know, that your bot doesn't seem to be working. I've tried to buy your Far Cry 3 copies multiple times but it didn't go through. I don't have any problem to buy from someone else, but your bot doesn't send any trade offer."

EDIT: 3 gifts of Far Cry have came back in BOT's inventory.

I have 5 TF2 keys and 2 Refs they don't appear on my shop but on my inventory

And my steam gift of The Forest still be on my shop but it was selled today.
