Missing Items
Problems, Dispenser.tf, Announcement

If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

2. I'd list this but the history isn't showing what the bot traded

Also the key isn't really missing, it's just not showing up in the shop inventory, but I can see it in the bot's tf2 backpack

1. i traded 4 keys to my VIP bot

2.I put trade up for selling 4 keys, each for vintage stash,genuine hero tail or vintage texas ten gallen
3, All 4 keys are sold for 1 vintage texas ,1genuine hero tail,2x vintage stash
4. i only can see 3 item at my home page in inventory.level 66 vintage stash is present in my bots inventory but its not listed in the home page and hence i cant transfer to my backpack.
5,trade history of shop also do not show 4th key transaction.

Please be patient if I have not fixed your items yet as Steam lag has been causing lots of synchronize issues here. I will be fixing your inventory problem as much as I could.

I wasn't sure how the system worked at first. I tried to buy a dueling mini-game for 0.33 ref but the bot strangely offered no items from its side. Thinking it just bugged I accepted it. I guessed I'd need to wait for another trade with the item to come in, however the trade notification disappeared at the site immediately. I went into another trade for the same item (ID 797828) and I only got one item in return, without the previous one that disappeared.
The ID of the trade where I didn't get the item is 797824

Yes, you probably ran into a bug. You should not accept a trade unless the bot is offering the correct items. Although this is no longer relevant as the trade system has already totally revamped since then.

I am sending a reclaimed metal to your shop.

My refs are gone and I can't see Taunt: The High Five! in my dispenser.tf inventory. I did wait for an hour and still I can't see it. It's in bot's inventory but not in my dispenser.tf inventory. (Sorry English is not my main language)

I find the missing items when I create trade, but it won't show up in the shop inventory,
may be their is a bug in the web page to escape the item name has special character like " ' " (Apostrophe)

There's a TF2 Key + a ToD Ticket from a purchase shown on my history that I can see on my bot's inventory and history, but hey don't appear on my item listing through the shop's page to be withdrawned to my account... If it's possible, can you take a look on it for me, please? Thanks.
