If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

Thanks for your attempt to resolve my issue, but things are still kind a messed up.

Following problems still exist:
1) I paid 6 mann keys via insite purchase for 2 deleted items. Now i have nor game nor keys.
2) sometime between June 29, 2014, 5:48 a.m. and June 29, 2014, 6:22 a.m. someone bought cloudbuilt, item got removed from bot inventory, 1k 4m appeared in bot inventory. Nothing changed in web panel, 1 dead cloudbuild item and no new keys/metals.
3) some time after 2) maintenance background job removed all dead items - 2x dead bio 3pack and single cloudbuilt. 1k 4m still unavailable (hidden) via web
4) June 29, 2014, 1:57 p.m. [Admin] Associated to ultrazars's Item Shop by Joto. - i see one key got virtually associated (why?). at that moment bot real inventory still differs from web by 4 metals (before it was 1k4m, but because this assignment its only 4m).

To be frank i am quite afraid to touch anything now to make matters even worse and more vague.
In short: i am still missing my 2x bio triple packs (6 keys). Also i got 4 invisible (in web) metals. Also i am unclear about this one extra key associated with my shop.

I will return you the keys from the shop you bought from.

1 or 2 week ago noticed my bot is having issues accepting cs:go items, tried many times send trade offer always receiving error 26 or is 28

I checked your bot. It is affected by "You are not allowed to trade CS:GO item" error. Last time I see this error was for Dota2 items. The method I used to fix it was to run dota2 once with the account. But as you know CS:GO is not free and this same method cannot be used on this problem. I have no idea on how to fix this since Steam support does not help.

EDIT: Sent you a trade offer with the items.

can we change acc with another also contains 900 slots? i can give bp expander if u have another at 1400 slots.
I think steam confused, i moved 13 cs:go keys to my main account and still 5 cs:go keys disappeared from inventory i sended a think for steam saying about it and said the items was not used in "my account" because i dont have cs:go installed after that this error started :(

Since you had used Steam purchase and not on-site purchase, what you described would not have happened. If you have lost the key then you already have the gift. If not then either a) the gift is revoked or b) a Steam error makes your gift 'disappeared' or 'delayed'. Either case you should seek help from Steam support.

Keys stuck in the bot's inventory, but transaction isn't registered on dispenser and i can't withdraw them.

I moved 2 keys from his shop to yours however I can't see how was this gone wrong. :(

That trade should have been completed quickly, but after 10 minutes that 2 keys were owned by his shop again.

It's happened again
trying to buy 5 keys 8.66 each using "Onsite Purchase"
i still see ref (43.33) on site but they not are not more in bot bp, only see 8.33 they i dont use for this trade.
should i stop use "Onsite Purchase" until they got fix?

so i try to buy 1 key using "Onsite Purchase" and they works fine

I roughly counted the number of metal/key and I think the metal is returned to you.
