If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

And one more, it seems. Currently 6 TF and 8 dota keys stuck in bot's inventory, don't know what's wrong with this Wkwky :(

looks like i successfully bought deleted item and got charged, 2x3mann keys. triplepacks are now visible in web, but doesnt exist in bots backpack, thus cant be withdrawn. please help.

Just checked my shop inventory against my own records, seems there is one on my own items (bought by me, moved to bot for trading) missing.

i am not really sure, but looks like somebody bought this counterstrike pack, i got and withdrawed keys, but for some reason this buy transaction is not regged in system. as i said i am not really sure, i still would be glad if someone look deeper in this issue and get my item back (if my assumption is wrong). it would be really bad if some transactions simply are not regged.. makes hell in bookkeeping.

Thanks for your attempt to resolve my issue, but things are still kind a messed up.

Following problems still exist:
1) I paid 6 mann keys via insite purchase for 2 deleted items. Now i have nor game nor keys.
2) sometime between June 29, 2014, 5:48 a.m. and June 29, 2014, 6:22 a.m. someone bought cloudbuilt, item got removed from bot inventory, 1k 4m appeared in bot inventory. Nothing changed in web panel, 1 dead cloudbuild item and no new keys/metals.
3) some time after 2) maintenance background job removed all dead items - 2x dead bio 3pack and single cloudbuilt. 1k 4m still unavailable (hidden) via web
4) June 29, 2014, 1:57 p.m. [Admin] Associated to ultrazars's Item Shop by Joto. - i see one key got virtually associated (why?). at that moment bot real inventory still differs from web by 4 metals (before it was 1k4m, but because this assignment its only 4m).

To be frank i am quite afraid to touch anything now to make matters even worse and more vague.
In short: i am still missing my 2x bio triple packs (6 keys). Also i got 4 invisible (in web) metals. Also i am unclear about this one extra key associated with my shop.

Missing a card, I sent the bot 2 cards a couple days ago, only 1 is showing up
