1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

Just dumped a Prof. Kit into this site; It's my first time using dispenser.tf and already I've been screwed out of my item. Would be nice to actually have it appear in my inventory or at least find a way to get it back to me because already I'm not very impressed with the service of this site.

This is usually just a delay as our database commit queue is always very long due to a very large amount of users and Steam sometimes respond very slowly.

How can you put them in at the first place as a free user?

So I can't put game copies on inventory as free user? Didn't know that. Is there anyway to get them back?
