If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

Fix the damn slow registration process with steam API. Or put this note on your site header so that it is CLEARLY visible on all site pages

Items missing: 6 Ear Buds
03 September 2014, 05:04:09 EDT 何夜 sold 4 buds to the bot.

I had enough left on the bot to buy 6 more and the trade is no longer open. I went to the bots steam inventory history and it shows the same person sold 6 more to the bot roughly 8 minutes later.

Weird, my 130 tf2 keys appeared again (my 6 csgo keys didn't) I tried to withdraw the 130 keys a few times, but it constantly gave me Steam error (2) while I tried to accept the trade offer from the bot, now after a few tries, the dispenser inventory shows as if I only had 76 tf2 keys, but I didn't withdraw any of those 130....

I hate when steam is this buggy.

No log on "Shop Transactions" but I can find a log on "Steam Inventory History"
I can't withdraw them

also, I can see 6 Call of Duty Ghosts in my shop, but I withdrew 3 copies(must be 3 left)

Sorry to break that to you our site won't be ever close to bug-free unless Valve improves its Item API, especially the CS:GO one. So please do expect temporary missing item is a common occurrence here.
