Hi, Joto,
My shop seems to be missing gems in a weird way.
This has been happening for more than 24 hours, now.
I have 3 trades selling gems which show up to me like this, currently:

The icons do not show up when I edit the trades, so I cannot alter their quantities in the trade.
The gems also do not show up, additionally, on my Shop Inventory as viewed on my dispenser page:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/59763199/steam/shop-inventory.pngI am guessing that some glitch regarding the max items limit might have pushed my gems into some sort of limbo.
(I have been getting full shop errors in my trades without receiving the full shop warnings or without my total items counter going over my shop limit. Apparently, the item counter always counts gems as 1 item, but if you create a trade selling 10 batches of 3000 gems, those 10 batches will count as 10 items in respect to triggering the full shop error that buyers see when trying to make a purchase. I have noticed this discrepancy and have been observing it for the last weeks. Whenever the 'unused items + items in pool and single trades + number of batches in batch trades' count would go over my shop item limit, 150, buyers would get the full shop error; and if the total items count would be under my shop limit, I wouldn't see the full shop warning on my shop page nor my trades would be de-listed--that is, the trades would remain up.)
I had the first trade selling 15 batches of 3000 gems, the second selling 10 batches of 150 gems and, and the third one selling 8 batches of 15 gems. These would total 46,620 gems, which I observe is the current amount of gems held by my shop Steam account:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/59763199/steam/dispenser-02-inventory.pngI think it's pretty probable that I am the only account in this bot that is currently holding gems (I am not a VIP user), and also that those are my gems.
Because gems combine into a single inventory slot and because I have dispenser trades both selling gems and buying gems going on during the last weeks, I cannot point to a single Steam Inventory transaction in my history as being the origin of those gems.
Of course, the balance of all gems put in and taken out, from my bot, both in my deposit/withdrawal transfers and also my trades buying/selling, should produce the current amount of gems that I should have in my shop.
This is why I am not referencing here any inventory transaction--contrary to your request on the original post: I am hoping I will not have to dig up all my past gems transactions with the shop bot. (But will do it, if you need me to.)
Thanks in advance~ :3

This is indeed a problem of how the inventory space is handled right now. However you will have to work with it by leaving enough space for your incoming items until we can push out the major update because we can not improve this issue within the current system design. The system is starting to get outdated since it was designed with tf2 item trading in mind and could not be well-adapted to the current trading environment. We did not have gems and untradable gifts etc. back then.
And the gems are assigned back to your inventory.
