Missing Items

If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

I purchased a craftable Tavish DeGroot Experience for a Professional's Panama and .11 credit offline, and the hat was unselectable for a bit then disappeared from my inventory. I had gotten the hat from this user http://dispenser.tf/shop/2288/ My agent is 41.

Purchased a Strange Shortstop with .11 credit, it was greyed out for a while, then disappeared, and the .11 is still lacking from my credit.

I just purchased 1 ref and 1 rec with a craft hat via Offline Purchase.

It said it would appear in my inventory in a few minutes, so I pressed check Inventory, and the grayed out metals disappeared entirely.

Had a batch trade up offering two sets of two keys for an eerie key each, when I checked it just now the trade was grayed out like it had been accepted but none of the items were in my inventory. I tried cancelling the trade but still didn't get anything back.

Hey there. Tried to make a withdrawal of 4 reclaimed tonight from Dispenser 10. Something went wrong with the Steam trade and it closed. The reclaimed still appear in my inventory, but are now grayed out. So I guess technically the items aren't *missing*, but they are inaccessible to me.

I am missing an Unusual Tam o Shanter with the orbiting fire effect. I was trading it into my inventory to sell and it is neither in my inventory or in my backpack now.
Help would be nice, thank you.

I bought a key using offline purchase and never received it. I think the bot on which it was stored was broken at the time since it kept nagging me to add it to my friends list when I already had.

I also deposited two refined metal to ATM 01 (http://i.imgur.com/G8fK1.png) and never received the credit.

1. Boo Balloon.
2. Bought in offline trade. It took the metal and the item showed up in grey, but then vanished. Used credit to purchase.

Edit: It's fixed now, I was able to retrieve it. Thanks!
