1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

Had a Bonk Boy up for sale for 2.33. The trade in my shop went grayed out. I don't know if it sold or just bugged. Tried to close trade and didn't get metal or hat.

I deposited a voodoo cursed pyro soul and asked a rec for it but I don't have the rec or the pyro soul in my inventory now
edit: I see someone paid for it with 2 scrap and 1 scrap credit nevermind

I think they are in your credit.

The 2 ref is in your credit. You can withdraw it from the bot anytime. You can see whether you have received metal or credit by looking at the history of your shop.

I bought strange brass beast for .33 credits offline purchased (Bag, Completed). The strange brass beast still grey out.

I had a bat out of hell for .66 and i got a message that someone bought it. i didn't receive the metal and the bat is no longer there.
