I am noticing that since I changed dispenser bots, my old one hasn't given my items to the new one. could this be a result of changing dispensers while the bots were down?

I just gave my bot [Dispenser 125 (Lv.2)] a Dota 2 invite. It doesn't appear in my list, please fix it.

I did an Offline Purchase where I exchanged 2.33 for a Bubble Pipe, however, the Bubble Pipe is still grayed out in my inventory despite waiting over an hour for the item, yet it is still grayed out.

My shop history and the chat log shows that a Naughty Crate 2012 was traded into my shop in exchange for strange detonator

Also the trading partner doesn't have a strange detonator, or a naughty crate now (though it's possible that s/he opened it or traded it, or it was an offline trade, maybe?)

Please sort this out as soon as possible, because the value of Naughty Crate 2012 is falling fast, and I want to sell it now, if I have it :D

OK, but maybe it's better to cancel and reverse the trade if it's been delayed for more than a few minutes

I won't want a naughty crate tomorrow, because the value will be only 30% of today :(

I'm getting them to trade, not to open

It's only about $0.25, so not a big deal, but if it was a rare new item, somebody could lose a lot of money while it's in limbo

I understand this. But we cannot ensure offline purchase would always work as planned (and bot trading itself..). Whenever there is Steam update we may need to make change accordingly. We try our best to ensure things work but occasional downtime cannot be prevented.

The items should have moved now.
By the way, if I could find an uncraftable voodoo juju, I would give you back the items that are locked on your old bot.
For some reason those bots are still not tradable and I would want to sort it out asap by just giving everyone back the items with my own inventory.

Hi - I was depositing five naughty crates and four nice crates - dispenser 50 asked for a trade, I accepted, the trade seemed to go through. However the chat window said that dispenser 50 cancelled the trade request. The crates are not in my account, or in my shop. Here is a screenshot from the chat window : http://imgur.com/yftBk

When I try to initiate another exchange, the site (dispenser.tf) says "Task already queued, if it failed, please wait for it to expire."

Please help - that was a lot of stuff to go missing.

They showed up some hours later - don't know if you fixed it or it fixed itself, but they are there - thanks

All my items are back now, thank you for your efforts!
Now the site only needs to have a lot less downside and you could actually be serious competition for Outpost.

Thanks again, I decided to donate again, keep up the great work.

Edit: I bought a festive übersaw and a festive Axtinguisher through offline purchase with credits today.
Now several hours later they are still greyed out, I'm just a little worried that they're stuck somewhere.

Edit²: My festive übersaw is now back and not greyed out anymore, but sadly my axtinguisher is now gone comepletly from my inventory :/ .
