If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

got another case of missing scrap. Don't know exactly when it happened, but when I checked on my store I had 2 scrap but 4 items missing (Pretty Boys PP, Cleaners Carbine(?), Beggars Bazooka and Guillotine or RTR).

I withdrew the 2 scrap and restocked a RTR and a Sticky Jumper.

Oh, 1 scrap item bag was the type of trade, Dispenser 11 is the culprit.

Checking your inventory history, the metal is probably in your credit. But since we have to fix an exploit before we allow people to deposit/withdraw credit again, it will stuck there for a while, sorry about that.

So, did i lose my reclaimed?

I lost my Strange Silver Botkiller Wrench when attempting to withdraw it from Dispenser 26 (My shop bot). Steam reported a trade error, and that no items were exchanged. It is no longer in my shop inventory, but the bot still has it: http://backpack.tf/id/76561198070101121.

I had a Fall Crate, Cozy Camper, Huntsman and a Bushwacka in my account, after trying to exchange them for four fresh items, TF2 errored out (some kind of trade error) and now the listed items are no longer in my Dispenser and also not in my backpack. Help?

Also I seem to be missing a Ullapool Caber from my TF2 backpack. Small potatoes but if you see one along with the other stuff, it might be mine.

I still get this message when trying to deposit an item: There was an error while comitting the trade. No items have been exchanged.

hm, I think I may be missing a strange heavy part - I tried to pull it out via exchange, said "error" after trying to accept trade (been doing that all day for my account), and now have only 1 heavy part left in dispenser (had 2 previously). Any idea what's up? I haven't been able to deposit items either.
