If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

got another case of missing scrap. Don't know exactly when it happened, but when I checked on my store I had 2 scrap but 4 items missing (Pretty Boys PP, Cleaners Carbine(?), Beggars Bazooka and Guillotine or RTR).

I withdrew the 2 scrap and restocked a RTR and a Sticky Jumper.

Oh, 1 scrap item bag was the type of trade, Dispenser 11 is the culprit.


Checking your inventory history, the metal is probably in your credit. But since we have to fix an exploit before we allow people to deposit/withdraw credit again, it will stuck there for a while, sorry about that.


I just withdrew from ATM02, but it seems I only had credit for the items I sold yesterday. I'm not a penny pincher but I already waivered a rec in losses the last time I had an issue. Can you please check it again for me?


You got 1.44 in credit from these few days. How much have you got right now?

Had a bag with 10 uniques for a scrap each. Shop closed and 6 of them disappeared.

Missing :Back Scratcher, Homewrecker, Escape Plan, Half Zaotichi, Southern Hospitality, and Wrap Assassin.

I'm sure people are missing much more valuable items and they were just uniques so I don't care too much about them.

I'd be okay with just getting any 6 craftable weapons back if my weapons are permanently gone.

Sorry, when I got home you were already gone again. I have nothing in credits left after I withdrew the 1.44, but I had an amazing trading week and I don't mind losing 4 scrap (or two if you count my actual loss) so much now. Thanks for looking into it, I appreciate it.

I do believe I found a sticky jumper which is likely to be yours. But I don't think there is any PBPP, Bazooka or RTR. They all converted to scrap/credit.

I had a Vintage Huntsman in my vintage goods trade. Now it's not there, and I don't see any metal either.

e: I found my credit and now I feel dumb

I was attempting to withdraw 2 of my Mann Co Tickets and a trade error occurred stating "No Items have been traded". Roughly 2 minutes later the items I was going to deposit in their place appeared back into my inventory, but the tickets are nowhere to be found.

Edit: They have just re-appeared back, thanks!

I tried to withdraw my items, and one of them doesn't appear (a Half-Zatoichi) and the trade says it contains errors and cannot proceed. Not sure what's going on; haven't had any problems before.

I seem to be missing two phlogistonators from my inventory. Not a huge issue but I'm sure you'd like to know that something's happened to cause them to go missing.

Item missing: Hat of cards

Missing a heavies killed part that I deposited but never showed up.

I also pulled out a key, metal, and scrap from that trade, but it is still existing in my store. I'm not sure if they are in the store in limbo or if I have them (did too many trades in that span)
