Missing Items

If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.
NOTE 2: Please only report missing tradable items here. For untradable gifts, please use the other forum thread.

Hi, I deposited a fishcake and spacechem pin yesterday, and they never showed up :( are they gone forever?

THERES BUTTER ON MY FACE: Retrieved the Heavy Killed part. Try pressing 'Check Inventory' to remove the extra items in your inventory.

segfault: Retrieved the fishcake but I don't find any spacechem pin.

I'm having a problem where the bot can't retrieve a quick fix from my inventory. I don't know if this qualifies as a missing item.

That item does not exist (either its already been sold or withdrawn). Try to press 'Check Inventory' to remove that.

on my account, i have a key, rec, and scrap left in limbo state. It sounds it can't find the items when I try to pull them out. This also prevents me from doing anything else on the account, because the items put me over the 12 max. How do I fix this?

Under exchange, pull out enough items that put you under the limit, at the same time put in at least 1 item, that should work. Next update should fix this annoying little problem.

That worked, it's been removed from my inventory but now it seems to have completely disappeared from the system without any credit or otherwise. I'm neither upset nor worried about it since it's just a weapon/scrap but thought you might like to know about it. My inventory history seems to show that it might have been sold for credit but I can't say for sure.

There is no more unassigned phlogistinator on the bot (there is one on a bot that takes care of offline trade, not sure if that's yours though). An item does not disappear itself. It's either in your inventory or becomes unassigned due to steam errors. Check inventory simply tries to match the ID of your items to those on the bots and synchronizes them if needed.

Bought a robro using credit (5 ref), it was greyed out in my inventory for a while, then disappeared, and the 5 ref didn't come back. I'm on disp. 40, it was supposed to come from disp. 24.

It said I got 1 pillar of tower lvl 85 but I don't see in my inventory.

I'm confused what happen... some how my batch trade was closed. I had 2.22 in my inventory, but now 1.11 and no hat.
